ReplyDeleteKate, I have an interest in disaster history. This is the beginning of a long term research project to catalog mayhem as Kim so aptly puts it in his post. I start with a simple search using the date as the keyword and then extend from there looking for various sources such as academic, governmental, press, blog sources, and any other which seems germane.
